687bd Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 687bd website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 687bd.io.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the 687bd platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account held by a Player on the 687bd platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-spin value, or matching deposit bonus credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before processing withdrawals or at 687bd's discretion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denominated with the symbol ৳.
• "Game Provider" refers to third-party software studios whose games are offered on the 687bd platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 687bd platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Your acceptance extends to any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by 687bd from time to time, including game-specific rules, promotional terms, and the 687bd Privacy Policy. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary terms, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless the supplementary terms explicitly state otherwise.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party or using another person's Account, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that individual to these terms, and that individual is equally bound by them.

To open and maintain an Account on the 687bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Access to 687bd by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online casino gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or syndicate.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 687bd, nor a close family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 687bd management.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 687bd platform or had an Account permanently closed by 687bd for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

687bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 687bd may result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until such verification is completed.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the 687bd platform. Registration of multiple Accounts, whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. 687bd accepts no liability for losses or delays arising from inaccurate information provided by you at registration or thereafter.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must notify 687bd support immediately at [email protected]. All activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether by you or by any third party who has gained access through your own neglect — is your sole responsibility.

687bd reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account without providing a reason, subject to returning any real-money balance to the Player through their original payment method.

Deposits: 687bd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer partners including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others as listed on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time in the majority of cases; occasional delays may occur due to third-party processing times.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the KYC verification process.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your Balance must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the original deposit, consistent with anti-money laundering standards.
• 687bd aims to process approved withdrawal requests within two hours. Complex KYC reviews may extend this timeline; 687bd will communicate any delays to the Player.

Currency: All Accounts are denominated in BDT. 687bd does not currently operate multi-currency Accounts. Any amounts displayed or transacted on the platform are in Bangladeshi Taka unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Fees: 687bd does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees directly. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. 687bd accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.

687bd offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 687bd promotions:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless a promotion's individual terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred to another Account, exchanged for cash at face value, or used for purposes outside the 687bd platform.
• If a withdrawal is requested while Bonus Funds remain in an Account with unmet wagering requirements, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited prior to processing the withdrawal.
• 687bd reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed fraudulently, in abuse of the promotion's intent, or in connection with a duplicate Account.
• 687bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Seasonal promotions may be offered around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions are offered at 687bd's sole discretion and carry no ongoing obligation on 687bd's part.

All games available on the 687bd platform are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Games that use random number generators (RNGs) are certified by the respective Game Provider's independent testing laboratory. 687bd does not alter, modify, or interfere with game outcomes in any way. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for RNG games are determined by the Game Provider and are published within each game's information panel.

Live dealer games operate in real time with human dealers hosted in certified studio environments. 687bd is not responsible for temporary interruptions to live game streams caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side or by scheduled maintenance periods announced by the Game Provider.

Betting integrity: 687bd reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any winnings in cases where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a wager was placed in a manner that exploits a technical error, takes advantage of an obvious odds or pricing mistake, or constitutes match-fixing or any form of irregular betting activity. Decisions made by 687bd under this clause are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 687bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human Players.
• Colluding with other Players, Game Provider staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal game conditions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or using the platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or accessing the Account of another Player without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during Account registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction or self-exclusion that has been applied to your Account.
• Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language toward 687bd support staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise commercially exploiting any aspect of your 687bd Account or its associated benefits.

All content on the 687bd platform — including but not limited to the 687bd brand name, logo, visual design, user interface layout, written content, graphics, images, audio, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 687bd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right, licence, or other entitlement to any content on the platform beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, transmit, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without 687bd's prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 687bd's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws and may give rise to legal action.

Game content provided by third-party Game Providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is licensed to 687bd for display on the platform. Any specific rights relating to such game content are governed by the respective provider's licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 687bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering activity on the platform.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Any acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in deposit and withdrawal processing.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, prices, or game information that result from a manifest error, subject to 687bd's right to void affected bets under Section 7.

687bd's aggregate liability to any single Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall in no circumstances exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 687bd's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting directly from 687bd's own negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

687bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Personal data collected during Account registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method identifiers — is used solely for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotions where you have consented to receive them. 687bd will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the 687bd platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 687bd maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

687bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all Players at no cost through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the specified exclusion period has elapsed.

Upon receipt of a closure request, 687bd will process any remaining real-money Balance (subject to completed KYC verification and satisfied wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within five business days. Any uncleared Bonus Funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Termination by 687bd: 687bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at any time and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Abusive behaviour toward platform staff or other Players.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Where an Account is closed by 687bd due to a material breach of these terms, 687bd reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

687bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification within the platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect the platform's security or integrity.

The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the hero section above will be revised each time the Terms & Conditions are materially changed. You are responsible for reviewing this page regularly. Your continued use of the 687bd platform after the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 687bd platform's operating jurisdiction. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the platform's internal complaints procedure.
